Bioages

We are developing BIOAGEIS, a smart drug locker designed for the secure handling of anesthesia drugs and narcotics. It integrates two-step authentication (fingerprint and OTP) along with a webcam for access tracking to prevent misuse. The system includes dual-compartment storage with temperature control (2°C–10°C and 15°C–30°C) supported by an active cooling mechanism. A TFT display guides users for accurate retrieval, while a one-hour battery backup ensures continuous operation during power failures. With cloud connectivity and real-time alerts, BIOAGEIS is being designed to deliver enhanced safety, accountability, and traceability in controlled drug management.

FLEXISTORE NETWORK: REAL-TIME WAREHOUSE SPACE COLLABORATION

We are currently developing the FlexiStore Network, a decentralized warehouse collaboration platform designed to optimize unused storage capacity and reduce operational costs for businesses. The platform integrates AI-driven capacity matching, system-based monitoring, and secure transaction management to enable flexible and transparent space utilization. At this stage, our focus is on building the digital infrastructure that connects warehouses with businesses in need of storage, while also preparing for long-term expansion into acquiring unused land to build custom warehouses and inventory systems based on customer demand. This ongoing project reflects our commitment to supporting MSMEs and enterprises by strengthening supply chain resilience, improving operational efficiency, and creating sustainable growth opportunities.

INDUSMR

Our INDUSMR project started with the idea of making industrial training safer and more cost-effective, and it has since evolved into the development of an immersive AR/VR-based skill training platform. We are currently building this solution to combine realistic AR/VR simulations with IoT-driven performance tracking and mobile-based certification. The platform is designed to help industries train their workforce on CNC machines, robotics, and IoT systems without disrupting production or risking worker safety. By integrating gamified learning modules with real-time analytics, INDUSMR ensures measurable skill development, reduces training costs, and minimizes downtime. At this stage, the project is under design and prototype development, with a roadmap that includes pilot testing, compliance approvals, and large-scale deployment. This ongoing initiative reflects our commitment to enabling future-ready workforce training through affordable, scalable, and technology-driven solutions.

HELIOARC

Our Parabolic Trough Collector project began with an initial focus on exploring alternative methods of solar energy utilization, and through continuous research and refinement, it has now evolved into a system that harnesses concentrated solar power with a condensation process to generate clean electricity. The design employs a parabolic-shaped reflector that directs sunlight onto a receiver tube, where a heat transfer fluid absorbs energy to produce high-pressure steam. This steam drives a turbine-generator system, and the cycle is closed through condensation, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Currently in its development stage, the project reflects our company’s commitment to advancing renewable energy technologies that reduce fossil fuel dependence and provide sustainable solutions for industries and communities.

BIOCOAT: CONTROLLED ALGAE MICRO-CAPSULE PAINT FOR CARBON CAPTURE

We are developing a bio-coating system (BIOCOAT) that integrates microalgae encapsulation with advanced coating technology to capture carbon dioxide directly from building surfaces. The multilayer design includes a moisture-resistant base coat, an active microalgae layer with encapsulated Chlorella vulgaris for CO₂ absorption, and a durable top coat that ensures UV resistance, breathability, and long-term stability. Designed to be scalable and low-maintenance, this innovation aims to protect and enhance building surfaces while actively contributing to carbon reduction and sustainable construction practices.

AEROTINT

Initially explored as a simple idea to reduce cooling costs, the concept has evolved into AEROTINT, an advanced multifunctional glass coating. We are currently developing this solution to address two major challenges faced by buildings — excessive heat gain and frequent glass maintenance. AEROTINT combines thermochromic pigments for intelligent heat control, tungsten oxide for infrared blocking, and TiO₂-based photocatalytic technology for self-cleaning, all within a single retrofittable layer. Applied through a cost-effective spray process, the coating is designed to lower cooling energy consumption by over 20% and reduce glass cleaning frequency by up to 50%, while maintaining clear visibility and durability under varying climatic conditions. This ongoing project reflects our commitment to delivering scalable, sustainable, and affordable innovations that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve building performance.

Vanavil Calibration Website

Vanavil Calibration

We designed and developed the official website for Vanavil Calibration, featuring a clean layout, responsive structure, and user-friendly navigation. The site highlights their NABL-compliant calibration services with a professional and performance-optimized interface. Vanavil offers precise, standard-compliant calibration solutions for industrial instruments.

SBST NGO Website

Sapphire Blue Social Trust

We crafted the official website for SBST NGO with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and mission-driven design. The site includes structured project pages, responsive layouts, and easy navigation for donors, volunteers, and the public. SBST is dedicated to social welfare, education, and community development initiatives.

Student Job Platform

Student Job Discovery Platform - Taskify

We built a dynamic, student-first job platform tailored to bridge the gap between emerging talent and real-world opportunities across both skilled and unskilled sectors. The platform architecture includes real-time job listings, recruiter dashboards, application tracking, and user-friendly onboarding for both job seekers and employers. Designed for scalability and inclusivity, it supports internships, freelance gigs, part-time roles, and first-job placements. This project reflects our capability in full-stack development, UX strategy, and solving real hiring problems for student communities and institutions

AeroSketch Project

AeroSketch – Aerodynamic Design & Simulation

AeroSketch is an AI-powered Virtual Whiteboard Extension designed to revolutionize digital interaction. It allows users to write, draw, and annotate in real time using only hand gestures. No pens, tablets, or touch screens are required—just natural hand movements. Built with Machine Learning and OpenCV, it translates gestures into smooth digital ink. The extension integrates seamlessly with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and more. Educators, presenters, and creators can easily explain ideas and sketch diagrams live. It supports interactive note-taking, brainstorming, and content delivery. By combining gesture recognition and real-time processing, it ensures fluid performance. AeroSketch makes communication intuitive, contactless, and highly engaging. It is a future-ready solution for virtual classrooms, business meetings, and creative storytelling.

Brake Monitoring System

Brake System Innovation Project

We developed a microcontroller-based intelligent brake monitoring system designed to enhance road safety and streamline predictive maintenance. This project integrates real-time pressure sensors and wear detection modules to track brake performance dynamically.
